Il aura fallu attendre dix ans pour voir la parution du volume 2 des enregistrements des Beatles effectués à la BBC entre 1963 et 1964. Ce volume tant espéré sera disponible le 11 novembre sous deux formats distincts : double CD avec livret de 48 pages et, pour les amateurs du « son » vinyle, 4LP 180gr. Au total, 63 enregistrements, tous différents de ceux du premier opus : 37 titres live inédits accompagnés de 23 interviews et autres documents sonores. Rappelons les scores du volume 1, sorti en 1994 : un accueil mondial dithyrambique, plus de cinq millions d’exemplaires vendus en six semaines, n°1 en Angleterre, n°3 aux États-Unis…
